76ers' Ben SImmons starting on Saturday night

Philadelphia 76ers forward Ben Simmons will start Saturday in the team's game against the Detroit Pistons. Simmons was considered a game-time decision roughly an hour ago, but now he's been confirmed to be in the starting lineup. Whatever was ailing the star is seemingly not severe enough to keep him out of action.
