Through the Moleskine Foundation and WikiAfrica, students are trying to address the lack of information about Africa on Wikipedia. Wikipedia, one of the most well-known and frequently visited sites on the internet today, is celebrating the 20th anniversary of its founding in 2001 by Jimmy Wales and Larry Sanger. The site has more than 56 million articles in 321 languages, but the site's creators are using the anniversary as an opportunity to highlight one of the biggest criticisms of the site: the lack of information about Africa.
