Issaquah retailer Costco lifts minimum wage above Amazon, Target to $16 per hour

Costco Wholesale Corp., the Issaquah, Washington-based American multinational retailer that operates a chain of membership-only warehouse clubs, has raised the minimum wage of its hourly workers above rival Amazon.com Inc and Target Corp to $16 per hour, a dollar more than the aforementioned Costco rivals had been paying off to their hourly workers, the 38-year-old member-only retailer said later last week.
