Action needs to be taken to curb the 'terrifying' rate of food inflation in the UK, Food and Drink Federation (FDF) chief executive Ian Wright has warned. Speaking to the Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy Committee on 19 October, Wright warned the UK risked returning to record rate of inflation if it didn't take the situation more seriously.
