Stellantis, Foxconn to form connectivity-focused car technology JV

Stellantis, the Amsterdam, Netherlands-based world's fourth-largest carmaker which was formed following a $52 billion mega-merger of Italian-American FCA and French Groupe PSA last year, alongside Taiwanese iPhone assembler and contract electronics manufacturer Foxconn, said in a joint statement on Tuesday that the companies were working out a joint venture aimed at kitting out in-car and connected car technologies across the global automotive industry.
