Yesterday I attempted for the very first time to cook unripe plantain pepper soup. Don-t ask me what the taste looks like, but the aroma from it was enough to fill the belly without actually taking a taste of it. The recipe includes:Blended fresh pepper A bowl of waterA pinch of saltA cube of Maggi to spice Smoke catfish Cow meat intesterUnripe African Plantain and off course, The African blended Pepper Soup Spice. Though being my first time, I was seriously anticipating what the end product would turn out to be. After allowing it to cook for more than 30 minutes, it was ready to be served. Being the Chief cook in the kitchen, I was the first to taste for moderacy and haven-t been satisfied with the blend of all ingredients. I did start with a portion, and it went from one to four, as I attempted to stand up from my place of position after four portions, it was clear I-ve overfed myself. That-s not to say I eat too much, just that it turns out to be something I never expected. Y
