GOP attacks 2 Biden nominees of color for top spots at DOJ

Republicans are using attack ads to attempt to block two of Biden's cabinet nominees of color, Associate Attorney General nominee Vanita Gupta and DOJ Civil Rights Division nominee Kristen Clarke. It's not the first time the GOP has used this strategy against Democratic nominees. CNN's Abby Phillip reports.
