A conundrum for hospitals: How to vaccinate their sick patients against Covid-19

At some US hospitals, even if patients are sick with something other than Covid-19, they can't get the vaccine until they're discharged. This means they can only get the vaccine at a clinic or offsite location -- not when they're actually a patient in the hospital.
