Honda raises full-year profit forecast helped by car sales rebound, cost cuts

Japanese automaker Honda Motor Co on Tuesday hiked its full-year operating profit forecast 23% to 520 billion yen as demand in China and elsewhere gained momentum and it trimmed costs.
