Mereo Internet?

I've had a chance to lurk and search the subreddit for apartment related info and it's been super helpful. Seems like shit is crazy here. Problem I have is I'm on a tight deadline to move across the country and get set up before new job starts. A couple of large complexes with availability are mentioning Mereo Fiber or Highspeed internet as being included with the rent or tacked on as a fee. I absolutely hate the media package trend and would like to be responsible for my own service but running out of time/options and may need to just suck it up for 6-9 months in a short lease. Anyone lived in a complex that used Mereo? What's to be expected? I don't have high hopes for this. Unfortunately I need to secure something soon for a first of June move in and so far, no way of being able easily find availability and also weed out the media package properties.
