Create a Quilled Heart Mobile

Discover quilling, the art of coiling and shaping paper to form a design, at 7 p.m. on Monday, January 25! During the presentation, craft teacher Sharon Oels Martyn will demonstrate how to make quilled hearts, then hang the hearts to create a mobile.
