DMV Online License Renewal System Error

Hey everyone, like many of you I've had to deal with the headache that is the DMV and the pandemic. Looks like they got the online License renewal tool up but not running. I'm able to fill out everything but at the end summary screen it asks me to submit the form and input a confirmation email, but won't proceed and gives me the prompt "System Error; the system encountered an error processing your request. Try again later or contact us if the issue persists." I've tried filling out this form 3 different times now with no success and the DMV doesn't answer their phones.
