Good personal hygiene promotes good health and ward off illnesses. Personal hygiene entails regular bathing, clean hands and feet, good body odour, dental care, and fresh breath. Leave in a clean environment and always wash your hands with detergent after using rest room. When your environment is clean you will free from germs that dwell in an unkempt area. Health they say is well. Exercise is vital for healthy living. Choose any exercise of your choice and do it for good body performance. Be caution as you do exercise such as roller skating, car racing, cycling and driving. They appear to be exciting but can also be dangerous.Thanks for reading, do well to follow me for more updates.
