Kenya and Uganda monitor rise in lake levels

Nairobi, Oct 23 (Prensa Latina) Authorities of Kenya and Uganda are monitoring today the water level of lakes and dams in their territories, after reports of river floodings that caused the displacement of populations and the loss of means of livelihood.
