Puma Records 'Very Good' Earnings Quarter, 'Confident' in Growth for Rest of 2021

The mood at Puma's press conference on Wednesday morning, revealing the company's first quarter results for 2021, was cautiously buoyant. The first quarter "was, as expected, very good," chief executive officer Bjorn Gulden said. "I think it's fair to say that we are surprised that during the pandemic the demand for sports products in general has been so high."
