Apple TV+ announces docuseries 1971: The Year That Music Changed Everything

The eight-part docuseries, premiering May 17, will cover the inordinate number of music masterpieces that came out in 1971, from The Who's "Who's Next" to Marvin Gaye's "What's Goin' On." The series is based on David Hepworth's book, Never a Dull Moment: 1971 The Year That Rock Exploded.
