What are the choices for Secure Document Sharing?

While password encryption is often used to share documents securely, there is nothing stopping users from sharing protected documents and their passwords with others. Also, once a document is decrypted, users have full access over content use (print, copy, edit, etc.). Unfortunately, Adobe PDF restrictions are useless since they can be easily removed. If you want secure document sharing then you need to use a DRM system with licensing controls so you can lock document use to devices and control how documents are used. Document DRM systems enable you to share documents securely without insecure passwords, and enforce access, location, expiry, and usage controls.
